You need:
Medium size pot
Wooden spoon
|
| Ingredients |
Directions |
|
1 cup of
Elubo
2 cups of water total
(decrease water to make stiffer,
increase water make softer) |
Bring water to
boil.
Stir in Elubo
Keep stirring until smooth
Reduce heat. Add 1/4 water and steam for
about 5 minutes.
Stir until smooth.
Serve with
Sheba Stew and
Jute Soup.
