2.5hrs in regular pot.

Medium pot or
Pressure Cooker (Recommended)

pound of Nigerian
Red Beans
9
ounces of onions
4oz
Sheba Spice
or 32 ounces of
Sheba Stew
5
cups of water
2
teaspoons of salt
2
tablespoons of
Natural Palm Oil |
Bring water to a
boil.
Add Sheba Stew
Add beans
Add Onions, Palm oil and salt
Simmer until beans soften to desired
texture.
