Create-A-Stew 

Use Sheba Spice or Frozen Sheba Stew.

2oz spice = 16oz Sheba Stew

1lb Spice = 1gallon Sheba Stew

Fish, Shrimp or Tofu directions.

 

Sheba Spice
2oz pack Directions

 

Servings 2-3

Medium Pot

32oz Water 

3oz Hunt's Tomato Paste

2oz Olive Oil

2lbs Meat 75% cooked

Add water and entire Sheba Spice packet and tomato paste to pot.

Stir smooth to remove any lumps.

Steam 10 minutes.

Add meat.

Steam until sauce thickens.


1lb pack Directions

Servings 16-24

Big Pot

1.5 Gallons Water 

24oz Tomato paste

16oz Olive Oil

5lbs Meat 75% cooked

Add water and entire Sheba Spice pack and tomato paste to pot.

Stir smooth to remove any lumps.

Steam 15 minutes.

Add meat.

Steam until sauce thickens.


Frozen Sheba Stew Directions

16oz Sheba Stew

Servings 2-3

Medium Pot

2lbs Meat or Chicken 75% cooked

 

1gallon Sheba Stew

Servings 16-24

Big Pot

5lbs Meat or Chicken 75% cooked

Boil meat with desired amount of salt for 10 minutes. 

Pour broth only into pot with Sheba Stew. 

Steam 10 minutes. 

Add meat. 

Steam another 10 minutes.


Fish, Shrimp or Tofu

Follow directions for spice or frozen pack.

When 50% into cooking process, add fish, shrimp or Tofu to the pot.

Steam 10 minutes or longer for thicker stew.
