Boil meat with
desired amount of salt for 10 minutes.
Pour broth only into
pot with Sheba Stew.
Steam 10 minutes.
Add meat.
Steam another 10
minutes.

Follow directions
for spice or frozen pack.
When 50% into
cooking process, add fish, shrimp or Tofu to the pot.
Steam 10 minutes or
longer for
thicker stew.
