Sheba Foods does not pay in advance for any product - it is always on consignment - you get paid when the stores sells and pays for it. 

Sheba Foods does not pay for any shipping, whether to the stores or product return to you.

You are responsible for all costs to get the product(s) into the store including the 4-6 hour food demonstrations (demos).  Should there be any returns, you will need to reimburse the stores for those returns.
