Add
water and entire Jollof Rice Spice packet and tomato paste to pot.
Set oven to 375 degrees.
Stir
smooth to remove any lumps.
Steam
10 minutes.
Pour sauce into baking pan.
Add
Rice.
Stir rice and sauce until well mixed.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until all
sauce has been absorbed into rice. |

Stove: Medium heat
Oven: 375 degrees
Microwave: 8 minutes for 16oz;
30-35 minutes for 5lbs. |
Thaw overnight and pour into pot, oven
pan or microwaveable container.
Add desired raw vegetable, heat as
indicated on left.
If adding meat, or shrimp, fully cook
and add during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
