Pounds of
Beef/ Chicken/Tofu
4 Ounces of
Suya Pepper
Large Onion
No salt needed
Optional:
Vegetables such as Cubed
Carrots, Zucchini and/or Squash |
Remove fat from Meat.
Slice 1/4 inch thick and 6 inches long.
If using Tofu, cut into desired cube sizes.
Arrange on Skewers like threading a needle through
fabric. If adding Vegetables cut meat 3-inches long or
shorter, adding Veggies between the cuts.
Coat all sides with Suya Pepper. If you want it
to be less spicy, sprinkle the Suya Pepper on all sides.
Heat up Grill, add meat once hot.
If baking, bake at 400 degrees.
Served with Sliced Onions (uncooked).
