This Caribbean cuisine is growing in popularity because of its spices and tastiness that keeps you wanting more!Creole Turkey (Deep Fried) takes your pallet on an enticing journey to Southern Louisiana, where Cajun and Creole are interchangeable. This Turkey is a symphony of Southern Cuisine, African, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and Native American.
Turkeys are carefully packed so they are protected during transport either for Store Pickup, Messenger Delivery or FEDEX. Shipments with FEDEX are frozen and must be shipped Standard Overnight. If you don't select Standard Overnight with FEDEX, your entire order will be cancelled. Please don't delay your awesome African experience.
:: Thaw in refrigerator for 48 hours (2 days), then warm in oven at 200°F for 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
:: If Frozen, bake in oven at 200°F for 4 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
